Chicken Roulade with Buckwheat, Potato & Carrot

This is all healthy and delicious recipe that will nourish your body.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of buckwheat
  • 5 small white potatoes, organic, cooked in skin
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 3 onions
  • One pound of grounded chicken, organic
  • shredded cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil

Cooking

To soak one cup of buckwheat in 1,5 glasses of cold water for 1 hour. Then place buckwheat in a pot, add 0,5 glass of water, salt and cook it till ready.

To cook 5 small potatoes in skin and clean skin when they become cool. Mashed potato.

Peeled 2 onions and cut in cubes. Stir fry onions in 3 table spoons of olive oil till golden color. Add salt and pepper. Then add shredded carrots and stir till carrots become soft. Let it cool.

Mix thoroughly all ingredients. Add two egg and mix again. This will be the basic layer of roulade.

Mixed grounded chicken with one small shredded onion, salt and pepper. This will be another layer of our roulade.

On parchment paper, 12 x 16 inches, spread evenly our first layer of roulade ( buckwheat, potato, carrot, onion mix)

On it spread evenly our chicken mix.

On the top sprinkle shredded hard cheese. Then make a roulade with the help of parchment paper.

Bake for 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
