Ingredients:

I cup of buckwheat

1 lb. of Grounded chicken. Grounded turkey will do fine if no chicken.

1 Onion

Salt, black pepper, turmeric, vegetable/Olive oil.

Pour 3 table spoons of Olive oil on pan, placed sliced onion and fry it till golden color. Placed in pan the grounded chicken and stir fry it for 10 minutes. Add salt, black pepper and turmeric. ( Important, black pepper must be added when you use turmeric as pepper activates anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric).

Add one cup of water, bring it to the boiling point. Add thoroughly washed buckwheat and mix it with the grounded chicken. Water should be 2 inches above the surface. When water starts boiling, low the heat 🔥 to low and stir for 25 minutes with a tight lid over the pot. Taste after 25 min : if buckwheat is soft, the meal is ready.
